KRAL meets conditions of Marine Notice 2009-3.

Kral Fuel PumpThe Marine Notice 2009-3 of the California Air Resources Board requires vessels visiting Californian ports to switch to either Marine gas oil DMA or Marine diesel oil DMB, both according to ISO 8217. ISO standard 8217 specifies a lower viscosity limit of 1,5 mm2/s at 40 °C for DMA.

KRAL technology safely handles DMA and DMB.
For differential pressures up to 33 bar and a minimum viscosity of 1,1 mm2/s KRAL offers fuel pumps to safely handle fuels such as DMA or DMB.

A. de Jong TH can offer alternatives to most known pumptypes.
Whether you use German, Swedish, Spanish or another make of fuel pump, we can offer you an alternative that handles low-viscosity fuels. For some makes we even offer an one-on-one interchangeable pump with mechanical seal or magnetic coupling for leakfree operation.

Make sure that your existing fuel pumps are able to safely handle DMA or DMB. KRAL has the solution. We are pleased to inform you of this new innovation.
