| Pumps for low-sulphur marine fuels |

|
Legislation concerning the content of sulphur in marine fuels is very strict. It results in a more frequent use of fuels like MGO/MDO. The low contents of sulphur in marine fuels results in a lower viscosity (sometimes lower than 1,5 mm2/s) and poor lubricity of the fuel, which is not only affecting the engine, but also auxiliary equipment like boilers and pumps.
We can supply you with the right solution for handling low sulphur marine fuels; KRAL screwpumps.
For differential pressures up to 30 bar and a minimum viscosity of 1,1 mm2/s KRAL offers fuel pumps to safely handle fuels such as DMA or DMB. Make sure that your existing fuel pumps are able to safely handle DMA or DMB. KRAL has the solution.
